We hope for your unterstanding that on your arrival, your hotel room will not be available before 15.00.
Check-out
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave your room until 11.00 am. Please bring your bathrobes to the reception and settle your bill the evening before your departure. Ask for a late check-out, if needed, at the reception, so that we can check for the aviability. This service is free of charge until 12.00 pm. After that, we will have to charge an extra payment of EUR 50,00.

There are fire extinguisher and smoke detectors on every floor and also in the hotel rooms. Our fire protecting system is operating since 2021 and in accordance to the latest legal requirements. Our restaurant is open for you daily from 07:30 to 10:00 and from 18.00 to 21.00. Please enter dressed properly for breakfast and dinner. In case you decide to miss one of your dinners included in the arrangement, we will return Euro 15,00 for each adult. Please report this the evening before, the latest until 18.00.

Please settle your bill the evening before departure until 21.00 We do accept Maestro, Visa and Master card and – of course – cash money.

With your room key you can entert he hotel any time. After 23.00 the main entrance will be locked. Please use the entrance next to the ski cellar Always take your key card with you and please handle it with care.

Our hotel is situated just between the two lifts ´Kohlmais´and `Bernkogel´ For a wonderful start in your ski day you can find the Schattberg lift in walking distance of just a few minutes. You can buy your tickets at any lift.

There are different ski busses to different directions. For further information please contact the reception staff or take all needed information from the bus time schedules and pist maps You are allowed to use all ski busses free of charge with your lift card.
Ski cellar:
The ski cellar is situated at the basement oft he hotel which you can reach with the elevator.Please use the entrance next to it to go out and return from skiing. Also please use this door as a night entrance from 23.00 to 07.00 with your room key.
